Self-healing refers to the process of recovery, motivated by and directed by the patient, guided by intelligence gained from examining, experimenting, letting go, exploring one's life from childhood forward and eliminating the trauma and emotional damage done by conditions beyond our control at the time. Any life experience can be examined and let go to improve the present moment.
The process involves two activities:
1. Letting go of that which no longer serves us and
2. New programming installed to help our body-mind move forward in a new direction.
This work is not for the weak-minded or faint of heart. This work demands courage and an open mind.
